Sessions are held indoors, except in the Summer

At Commando Fitness UK we promise fhe following:

  • Limited class numbers to ensure highest quality of coaching.
  • A structured course, starting with basic exercises and becoming more challenging as you progress.
  • Different versions of exercises to suit everyone’s needs and abilities.
  • Instructor will know you by name within a week.
  • A combination of cardio, bodyweight and weighted exercises to provide an all over body workout at each session.
  • A 6 page dietary information email on joining
  • 3 Weekly Weigh-ins with waist measurement

Each course, though slightly different and unique, follows the same formula. Our formula has helped lose over 400lbs a month for our members - IT WORKS!

There are NO joining fees, NO monthly contacts

As a member you will get full support in order to help your goals.

As a new member, you will make an application and meet with me personally to discuss your goals and what to expect, and receive an honest answer on whether this course is for you or not including an optiona pre-course 30 mins lecture aimed at new clients, to go through the basics of nutrition and exercise and why this formula has been successful for over 8 years, existing/returning members welcome as well, Q and A at the end.

How does it work? 

Since starting back in March 2011, Commando Fitness UK has changed the landscape of exercise and fitness training in the local area. We are unique in what we offer and we are still and always be, the original. 

Our courses work on the basis of high intensity, whole body workouts followed by 48 hours rest, three times a week.

ONE HOUR OR THIRTY MINUTE WORKOUTS?

Back in 2013, we thought how about shorter, more intense workouts could make training even more affordable and indeed, accessible, for the busier person!

The first 30 minute course of 32 people in September 2013 lost 169lbs between them and these results have continued ever since.

You can expect the same life changing results thousands of others have seen on the half hour course as the hour course, the only difference is you save money and you exercise for half the time. Yes, it is more intense, but it isn’t “harder”, as you are only exercising for half as long so it really is personal preference, results are the same.

It really is personal preference.

Ask yourself these questions:

  1. Would I rather work at 100% for half an hour or 80-90% for one hour?
  2. What time of day would I prefer to train?
  3. Would I prefer to have a little more instruction and a little more rest or do I want to get in there, receive some direction and get it done?
  4. Do I have 3 hours a week spare to exercise or only 90 minutes?

There is no right or wrong answer here and please get in touch if you have further questions but please understand these two points:

  1. Results are the same.
  2. It is not a step up from the normal course, nor is it a step down, both are the same

The higher intensity is balanced out by the lesser time. ANYONE CAN DO BOTH.

Session locations may be moved if we encounter problems beyond our control. You will always be told in advance so that you able to dress accordingly.


SESSION 1  ON THE 6.30PM COURSE WILL RUN 6.15-7PM AS WE WEIGH IN AT 6.15

CHRIS THE TRAINER

Commando Fitness UK has been my life for many years now. After a few “colourful” school years, I left school and found I was doing nothing much really.

Aged 17 I discovered fitness, and became obsessed with it instantly, learning how to become fitter, faster, stronger, and leaner.

Aged 18 I joined the Royal Marines Commandos and completed the longest, hardest basic training in the world and was awarded my green beret, being one of only eight to complete the 32 week course that fifty-three had started.

I then spent eight years travelling the world, fighting for my country, and boxing for the Royal Marines before eventually the pull of my young daughter in Bexhill became too much and in late 2010/early 2011 I left the Royal Marines and started Commando Fitness UK.

I had finally found my real talent and passion in life and have not looked back since, helping over three thousand people to change their lives for the better.

I now enjoy training over 100 people a day, whilst spending quality time with my wonderful daughter, and continuing the healthy obsession I have for self-improvement.

    Chris Haines played a great game encouraging and setting the Target. He created a positive and warm environment to train in.
