As a member you will get full support in order to help your goals.
As a new member, you will make an application and meet with me personally to discuss your goals and what to expect, and receive an honest answer on whether this course is for you or not including an optiona pre-course 30 mins lecture aimed at new clients, to go through the basics of nutrition and exercise and why this formula has been successful for over 8 years, existing/returning members welcome as well, Q and A at the end.
Since starting back in March 2011, Commando Fitness UK has changed the landscape of exercise and fitness training in the local area. We are unique in what we offer and we are still and always be, the original.
Our courses work on the basis of high intensity, whole body workouts followed by 48 hours rest, three times a week.
Back in 2013, we thought how about shorter, more intense workouts could make training even more affordable and indeed, accessible, for the busier person!
The first 30 minute course of 32 people in September 2013 lost 169lbs between them and these results have continued ever since.
You can expect the same life changing results thousands of others have seen on the half hour course as the hour course, the only difference is you save money and you exercise for half the time. Yes, it is more intense, but it isn’t “harder”, as you are only exercising for half as long so it really is personal preference, results are the same.

Session locations may be moved if we encounter problems beyond our control. You will always be told in advance so that you able to dress accordingly.
SESSION 1 ON THE 6.30PM COURSE WILL RUN 6.15-7PM AS WE WEIGH IN AT 6.15
SESSIONS ON ALL OTHER COURSES are subject to being moved by 15min for weigh ins, you will be infomed of any changes, weigh ins are every THREE WEEKS
