Having seen the transformation in some of my friends, I started at Commando Fitness in March 2014 aiming to lose 3 stone.
I didn’t really know what to expect at session 1 but when I turned up Chris gathered everyone round and had a little chat with us and then showed us all the exercises we were doing and I thought "This is easy, I can do this!”
I completed my first round of the circuit, but I had forgotten my water bottle, my face was so red and I found it quite difficult to go ahead and carry on doing the second round of circuits, so Chris leant me some of his water, never again have I forgotten it!
I have now lost the three stone, and a little bit more and was really shocked it only took three months. I have also been the 'biggest loser' twice now and I really feel proud that I have achieved my target and inspire to achieve more!
