When I started with Commando Fitness UK in January 2014 I had a goal to lose some weight and get fit.
When I joined, I had a goal in my head to get my fitness and weight back down to where I was I my twenties, I wasn't worried how long as long as I got there.
At 79.2kg my goal was to get below 70kg. Last night I weighed myself and have hit 69.6kg in just 10 weeks.
I certainly wasn't prepared for how quickly the results would come.
The diet plan is great and easy to stick to as I never go hungry.
I enjoy the training, with like-minded people all with the same goals. I am really noticing how much fitter I get each week.
I'm now at a stage where I am happy just to train for the fitness which has soared, I'm 43 now and I think I am probably in the best shape I have ever been in.
All this was achieved with no pressure from Chris just good advice when needed and gentle pushing in the right direction.
I am proud to tell people I am a member of CFUK and will be for a long time to come.
I would recommend CFUK to anybody at any fitness level, my wife has recently started too!
