How much weight can I expect to lose on the course?

Answer...

The most weight lost on a course was 32lbs. There have also been 17lbs lost, 15lbs lost and countless other double figure amounts. Clearly; the more fat you have to lose at the beginning, the more you have the potential to lose. These big losses, however, come from all people; recently a man was 14 stone 8 and still managed to drop 12lbs. Many women come in around 11 stone, do two or three courses and leave at 9 stone.

Question...

I don’t need to lose weight, I just want to tone up. Is this course for me?

Answer...

This is a fat loss course, not a weight loss course. In order to tone up you need to reduce your body fat. This course is the fastest most efficient way to lose body fat. 8 stone and looking to tone up – you need to reduce body fat. 28 stone and want to lose weight – you need to reduce body fat.

Question...

I can’t make a couple of the dates, is this a problem?

Answer...

Not really. Ideally you would do all 12 sessions, but we understand that things can come up over the course of the 4 weeks. One client recently, Alan, missed every Wednesday because of work and still lost 14lbs. our advice is to attend every session you possibly can.

What happens if I change my mind after one or two sessions?

Answer...

Unfortunately there is no refund policy for this. Commando Fitness UK provides fantastic results at a tenth of the cost of personal training and in return we ask for commitment to 4 weeks. Commitment is key to success of any kind and we urge you to see the course out and get the results you have paid for.

What happens if I am injured?

Answer...

You are entitled to a full refund minus the price you pay for every session that has run (whether you attended or not) prior to the date on a doctor’s note. Most injuries can be worked round and alternative exercises given.

Is the group intimidating?

Answer...

Not at all! The course mentality is excellent as you are all on a journey together, from session 1 to session 12. There is a mixture of new people and more experienced people on each course. Everyone is extremely helpful and friendly, if they weren't then they would be asked to leave.

Commando Fitness UK has been my life for many years now. After a few “colourful” school years, I left school and found I was doing nothing much really.

Aged 17 I discovered fitness, and became obsessed with it instantly, learning how to become fitter, faster, stronger, and leaner.

Aged 18 I joined the Royal Marines Commandos and completed the longest, hardest basic training in the world and was awarded my green beret, being one of only eight to complete the 32 week course that fifty-three had started.

I then spent eight years travelling the world, fighting for my country, and boxing for the Royal Marines before eventually the pull of my young daughter in Bexhill became too much and in late 2010/early 2011 I left the Royal Marines and started Commando Fitness UK.

I had finally found my real talent and passion in life and have not looked back since, helping over three thousand people to change their lives for the better.

I now enjoy training over 100 people a day, whilst spending quality time with my wonderful daughter, and continuing the healthy obsession I have for self-improvement.

    I'm one of those people that has tried every fad diet and bought every exercise DVD (which usually stayed in the wrapper) and never stuck to anything.

    Yes I always managed to lose a few pounds but then always put it on, trouble is I like my food too much and mainly the wrong foods!!......

    ......My confidence is through the roof, my only regrets is that I didn't do this 10 years ago. So never say never, don't think I'll start tomorrow, go for it now and give it everything you've got you won't regret it!!

    I joined CFUK in August 2013. It was to be a unique twist and experience following some illness that I had suffered some two years earlier....

    Chris Haines played a great game encouraging and setting the Target. He created a positive and warm environment to train in.

    ....I think Chris understates some of the positives that his course gives people. Sure fat loss and fitness. But self-esteem and good mental health are catered for. I am proud to be part of the Team and I am thankful for getting involved at the right time.
